PCA
JW-170/3/2009The Institute of Aviation conducts its operations with the utmost care for the client’s satisfaction. They meet the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 quality standard in the scope of activity covering leading science research processes, design processes, research and development processes and production in aviation and related areas, as well as the WSK Criteria (Internal Quality Control System Criteria). This is confirmed by the Certificate of Management System No. JW-170/3/2009, which is issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation and is valid until July 6th, 2011. The first Certification was granted in June 2005. Since then the Management System has been systematically developed and improved, as confirmed by the subsequent external surveillance and recertification audits, as well as positive feedback from our clients.
IQNet
The Institute of Aviation participates in the international certification network IQNet, which approved the Management System of the Institute of Aviation. It is certified by the Polish Center for Accreditation and was issued its own certificate No. PL-JW-170/3/2009 whcich is valid until June 6th, 2011. The IQNet certification is granted to companies which provide top quality services in the accredited scope of activities.

Aerodynamic LaboratorySince October 22nd 1997, the Aerodynamic Lab has offered accredited tests of aerodynamic forces and moments based on weight/pressure measurements and visual-ization of flow around models and real objects. Technical competence was verified by the Polish Centre for Accreditation, with the Certificate valid until February 12th, 2011.

Landing Gear Laboratory
Since October 22nd, 1997, the Landing Gear Lab has offered accredited tests of complete mechanical structures, components, and elements. The scope of accreditation is defined in Certificate No. AB 131 whcich is issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation and is valid until February 12th, 2011.

Environmental Laboratory
Since October 22nd, 1997, the Environmental Lab has offered accredited tests of mechanical, electrotechnical and electronic products, as well as their components and elements. The scope of accreditation is defined in Certificate No. AB 131which is issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation, and is valid until 12th, February 2011.

Materials And Structures Research LaboratoriesThe Structural Test Lab offers accredited static and quasistatic fatigue tests of complete mechanical structures, compo-nents and elements. The Materials Test Lab offers accredited fatigue and creep tests. Technical competence was verified by the Polish Centre for Accreditation with the Certificate valid until March11th, 2011.
