Dear Sirs,
The Net Institute is the youngest part of the Institute of Aviation. It was created in 2007 as a network organisation. Its main aim is building the network structures and using them for work under R&D projects as well as for implementation of new technologies. To this aim the Net Institute has to competently combine the dispersed, specialized potential of all individual professionals, teams and organizations within local networks and, next, international structures. This is the main area of activity of the Net Institute.
The activity of the Net Institute is based on strategic plans pertaining to individual employees and teams and networks, assuring stability and permanence of the result achieved by them. An important part of these plans is the transfer of knowledge and experience between generations to avoid the generation gap.
Due to the modern work methods it is possible to conduct several activities, mostly in the aforementioned network structures, where the most important task of the Net Institute is to coordinate work. Therefore, the size of the team does not limit the number of tasks performed, but still guarantees dynamics and flexibility.
